A non-expired Government-issued photo ID is required for each buyer/seller (e.g. VA Driver's license)

If the buyer is a dual resident of Virginia and another state, proof of residency in Virginia is also needed.

4. Current utility bill (or landline telephone bill)

5. Bank statement

6. Voter registration card

7. Automobile registration

8. Current hunting or fishing license

Required documents for estate and collection transfers may include a will showing seller is authorized as executor of the estate or trust, a certified letter of appointment, or power of attorney document, etc.  Call for specific details.
